Der Schraden - Wandern zwischen Zabeltitz und Ortrand
DER SCHRADEN
Zwischen den Ausläufern des Niederlausitzer Hügellandes und den Ausläufern der Großenhainer Pflege erstreckt sich ganz im Süden Brandenburgs der Schraden.
Der Schraden ist ein historischer Grenzraum, der im Norden die Niederlausitz und im Osten die Oberlausitz berührt.
Hier verläuft heute die südliche Grenze des Landes Brandenburg zu Sachsen. Weithin sichtbar ist auf der höchsten Erhebung des Landes mit 201,5 m der Heidebergturm mit 34 m Höhe zu sehen.
Der Schraden verfügt über sehr viele gut ausgebaute Wanderwege vorbei an Schönheiten der Natur und Landschaft des Schradens und Anbindungen nach Sachsen, wie die Schlösser Zabeltitz und Schönfeld und die alte Garnissionsstadt Großenhain mit ihrer Schlossanlage.

The Schraden extends between the Foothills of the Niederlausitz and the Foothills of the Großenhainer Care in southern Brandenburg. Also of interest are many sizes of art, architecture and politics, which were located in Schradenland, how the Schraden-painter Hans Nadler and art historian Hans Nadler. This was mainly known for his dedication to the reconstruction of the Frauenkirche in Dresden.
